30/10/15 - Renewable Energy Legislation Passed
Friday 30 October, 2015
On the 30th October 2015 the States of Guernesy resolved to approve the draft Ordinance entitled "the Renewable Energy (Guernesy) Ordinance, 2015" and to direct that the same shall have effect as an Ordinance of the States.
The Ordinance, and overarching Law, can be viewed and downloaded from the Guernesy Legal Resources website.
